This post is written in partnership with Haier
Still within the framework of my year of ambassador, I come back to tell you a little more in detail about our F+ Series 9 Haier refrigerator which, it must be said is the big star of our back kitchen!
Haier, I know well since it is already a refrigerator of this brand that I had bought in Paris when my big one was barely walking. It is therefore the closed eyes that I agreed to tell you about it here.
You asked me a lot of questions over my Instagram posts: volume, daily use, tips and big plus … I hope you can find some answers here.

F+ Series 9 Haier: A choice according to our needs.
When I was a child, the parents of my childhood friend had an American refrigerator. I remember that I had completely hallucinated at the time! I found it so modern, so classy! Years later during our trip to New York I remember that the children and I rushed in the kitchen to see the refrigerator! It’s silly but this little passion for very large refrigerators, has always stayed.
Before doing the big jobs we had two, not hyper practical in terms of place, so when the Haier opportunity arrived with a single large refrigerator combined with a freezer (and much more) it was a bit of my kid’s dream that was coming.
Great flexibility.
We chose the F+ Series 9 with its two large doors. To tell you the truth, we took a little time to decide as we wanted it to be completely useful. We did not want functions of which we knew they would not be useful for use. Another confession: I was afraid that we lacked space in the cold space. My darling certified to me that I can say that I can say a hundred times right. Let’s go back to our choice: Three things decided us!
The Switch Zone.
The idea is simple, you can change the temperature of the freezer in refrigerator, according to your needs. In summer we need more space for fruits and vegetables that we store in heat, while winter this place is useful for frozen products. It is the bottom compartment that has this absolutely brilliant function.
My ultra-flexible zone.
My area is an independent compartment which allows rapid temperature control (from -3 ° C to +5 ° C). Zone between -1 ° C and -3 ° C for quick cooling, zone at 0 ° C to keep meats and fish, zone at +1 ° C to thaw slowly, or zone at +5 ° C for fruits and vegetables … It is ideal once again as needed. And the conservation in this area is really stunning.
The ice factory.
It may seem derisory but for us who make an incredible consumption of ice cubes (our daughter for the little story drinks since she has been baby!), Having ice cubes has been a sacred more.
Our F+ Series 9 Haier in detail.
After a muscular arrival (and yes it was necessary to wear it to his new place!) He immediately integrated into our back kitchen. No more space, storage. The freezer part is great with its four large deep drawers. Here is a small summary of what is very useful to us on a daily basis?
- Perfect adaptation to all kitchens, even when integrated.
- Impeccable vision and perfect brightness throughout the whole.
- An elegant facade. The ultra simple and intuitive control functions come on when you pass in front. (The kids are fans!)
- Quality through reliability. I spoke above but I kept my old Haier refrigerator (which still worked when I gave it) 16 years old !!!
- Fewer bacteria, more flavors thanks to ABT technology. It eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria, bad odors and prevents food contamination.
- Anti oxidant area inspired by vacuum under vacuum. Ideal for long conservation.

My virgin cocktail recipe for the whole family.
I told you, in summer we make a fairly incredible consumption of ice cubes. The ice compartment is just below the cold part, it actually integrates into one of the freezer’s drawers. Children (and we) go there with good heart!
I wanted to offer you a very simple and very fruity recipe. I was inspired by my friend Marie’s adult cocktails to offer a soft version here for the whole family.
Let’s go for the ingredients.
For thyme syrup:
- 200 grams of sugar
- A small bouquet of thyme (expand it if you like a well pronounced taste.)
- 200 g of water
For the cocktail.
- Sparkling water.
- A few lemons (one per glass).
- Black grapes, and a grenade.
The day before, wash and reserve a few grapes, make the grenade, then place flat on a sheet of parchment paper in your freezer.
Make your syrup.
Heat gently, water, sugar and thyme, stirring from time to time, when the syrup is at the boil, wait another three or four minutes then cut the heat. Filter using a fine colander then keep cold (once cooled.)
Virgin Cocktail Time.
First pour the thyme syrup, then lie with the perrier, press the juice of a lemon by glass, add the frozen fruits and a good dose of ice cubes. Decorate with a bit of thyme and savor!
The frozen pomegranate and grapes bring a little crunch and sweet, I assure you it is a delight, and children appreciate this little chic aperitif! You will tell me news!
That’s if you have any questions, do not hesitate in the comments, and if you want other refreshing recipes here is one here.
