Strawberry crumble is easy to make and the perfect summer dessert. Here is my favorite recipe for crumble with strawberries.

Delicious strawberry crumble is for me the dessert in spring and summer. In addition to the main ingredient strawberries, you only need ingredients from your stock, because the crumbs are made of cold butter,, Flour and Sugar kneaded together. In addition, I put on my secret ingredient oatmeal. Due to the oatmeal, the sprinkles get a particularly crispy bite and a robust structure.

I use fresh, regional strawberries from our strawberry courtyard around the corner for my crumble. They just taste particularly aromatic. Depending on the season, you can also use strawberries from the TK subject.

Strawberry crumble tastes best warm, directly from the oven. Heavenly well, a ball of vanilla ice cream or vanilla pudding matches the baked fruits. But also cold is crumble just a pleasure.
