Mix the cream curd powder with a fine sweetness for the filling. Melt the cocoa butter, stir with the mixture, add some lemon and puree. Common questions about low carb yogurette
I don’t find quark powder, what can I take instead?
I took it because it has less carbohydrates than yoghurt powder. But you can take that as a replacement. Cern powder or the mascarpone powder is also suitable.
Which chocolate should I take?
I recommend low carb whole milk chocolate with erythritus and stevia. For example, you can buy them online from Soulfood Low Carberia.

Can I also take fresh strawberries?
I do not recommend that because they contain a lot of water. Freeze -dried strawberries are, as the name suggests, dry and you don’t need much of it.
Can I also omit strawberries?
Yes, that works, then there are other chocolates.
How long can the low carb yogurette be durable?
I can’t tell you exactly that I recommend but keep them in the fridge and eat them quickly.
