We need these ingredients …

  • 4 eggs
  • 65 g ham bacon
  • 2 matjes fillets
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt
  • paprika
  • 4 marinated salad leaves

Shoot hard -boiled eggs, ham bacon and matjes fillets finely, rub the onion over it and season with the spices. Cover into the marinated lettuce leaves.
