- 4 eggs
- 65 g ham bacon
- 2 matjes fillets
- 1 small onion
- Salt
- paprika
- 4 marinated salad leaves

And so it is done …
Shoot hard -boiled eggs, ham bacon and matjes fillets finely, rub the onion over it and season with the spices. Cover into the marinated lettuce leaves.
