Ingredients
- 500 G spaghetti
- 1 Onion
- 1 EL olive oil
- 500 ml sieved tomatos
- 1 TL Vegetable broth
- 1 TL oregano
- 1 TL basil
- 1 TL rosemary
- Spices: Salt, pepper, paprika powder, sugar
Optional:

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Then drain the pasta in a pasta sieve and set aside.
- Peel the onion and dice finely. Sauté the onion cubes in the pot with a little oil until translucent and then deglaze with the tomatoes. Season the Napoli sauce with vegetable broth and herbs and bring to the boil briefly. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika powder.
- Now add the spaghetti to the hot sauce and mix everything well. For example, serve with cheese and fresh basil.
