A bun sun consists of small mini buns with different toppings that are put together in the shape of a sun and then baked.
The bread dough is usually a simple yeast dough, but a quark-oil dough is also possible.

Preparation steps for a bun sun 1/3
How do you make the bun sun?
Preparations:
Milk and water approximately 40 degrees heat.
Put all the ingredients for the bread roll dough into the mixing bowl of a food processor and knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook.
That takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
A notice: Alternatively, knead in a bowl with a hand mixer and dough hook.
Put the dough in one oiled bowl give, cover and on one warm place approximately 1 hour let it go long.
A notice: The amount of dough should have roughly doubled after the rising time. If this is not the case, simply let the dough rise a little longer.
Preparation:
Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, cut in half and shape into two long strands.
