You need these ingredients

pasta

Cheese
The classic for Mac and Cheese is clearly spicy cheddar. Young and Middle Ages Gouda, Emmentaler, Mozzarella and Parmesan are also suitable. Tip: rub the cheese as for that Cheese cream sauce Fresh, because already grated cheese often melts due to the separating agents.
Milk and butter
These two ingredients make the Mac and Cheese extra creamy and delicious without baking and flour sweaty – and in just one pot!
Salt and pepper

What I particularly love about this recipe: it is incredibly easy. Because for the preparation you only need 2 brisk steps.
1. Cook the pasta. First you put the pasta, milk and butter in a saucepan. Let the whole thing simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Melt the cheese. As soon as the noodles have absorbed the liquid, you put the grated cheese under and tastes the whole thing with salt and pepper.

Pimp your macaroni and cheese
By the way: This original Mac n Cheese recipe tastes super delicious with a handful of rolled ham. For Mac and Cheese with vegetables you just throw your favorite vegetables into the pot shortly before the end of the cooking time – for example broccoli, carrots or peas. Roasted onions and green salad as a side dish also fit great!

- 250 G Macaroni pasta
- 650 ML Full milk
- 3 Tin butter
- 150 G spicy cheese e.g. Cheddar, Parmesan and Emmentaler

Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
