Hey, my loves! Most of you probably know that I have been self-employed with my bow catcher bridal fashion studio in Leipzig for 9 years now (where has the time gone?). I still love designing our collections. A big highlight is always accompanying my brides in choosing their perfect wedding dress. It’s always such an exciting journey! Which colors suit me?
As you may have already read in this article about color consulting in Leipzig, I trained as a color consultant at the beginning of 2022. During this time, I have been able to work with many customers to find their personal favorite colors – and of course the best basic colors for their wardrobe. It is very important to me to respond individually to each person, their personality and their impact on the job. During the color consultation (approx. 1.5 hours) we primarily talk about the color. Of course, in this consultation I give recommendations on clothing colors. You’ll also get a few tips on colors for lipstick, hair color, accessories, etc. With the personal color passport, my customers always have their colors to hand when shopping and can avoid making bad purchases in the future.
Type advice in Leipzig: Discover your personal style
Because I wanted to accompany my customers even more comprehensively on the path to their personal style, I have also been offering this since this year Type advice in Leipzig at. Of course, my work gave me a certain eye for detail. Nevertheless, I also completed further training on this topic. I was able to deepen my knowledge during two intensive practical days. I’m really pleased that I’ve been able to offer color advice in combination with type advice since this year. I will welcome you for personal color and type advice in my loving studio in Reudnitz. First, we talk about your wishes and expectations over a cup of tea or coffee and a few snacks. First, we use the color cloths to find your personal colors, as these always provide the basis for further advice. By the way, did you know that I have more than just the classic four season types? I think it’s really great to work with a modern system where I don’t have to force anyone into a rigid grid.
Because we then start the type consultation straight away, I can focus even more specifically on your desired effect and your personal style. How do I best use my colors? Which patterns suit me? Which neckline is best for me? We can discuss all this and much more afterwards and try it out directly.

A few days before the 3.5-hour consultation, you will receive a packing list from me so that we can work directly with your own things. In addition to colors, patterns and materials, it’s about your personal style and the right cuts and details for you. We would be happy to develop specific outfits for your everyday life or work. You can take photos of this and have the right look ready in the future, even on uncreative days. Of course, I would also be happy to answer your questions about my favorite topic, capsule wardrobe.
After the consultation, you will receive your personal color passport as well as a few pages about your silhouettes and your style statement to take home with you. This way you will know in the future What you can pay attention to when choosing and combining your clothing items – like a filter for your wardrobe.
