Flower rice recipe – a quick low carb rice replacement

My quick cauliflope is a healthy low carb side dish in less than 20 minutes. Perfect for curries, pans or bowls!

  • Divide cauliflower into larger florets. Then shred in a mixer until rice -sized pieces are created.

  • Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower rice over medium heat for about 6 minutes.

Prepare and freeze cauliflower rice

Flower rice can be prepared and freezing – ideal if you like to have something in stock or want to save time in the kitchen. It is best to grate the raw cauliflower with a kitchen grater or in the mixer and then give it in portions in freezer bag or airtight doses. So he stays up to three months in the freezer fresh.
