You love delicious food, but in everyday life it should go in the kitchen in no time? I feel the same way! That is why you will find varied recipes with me that are prepared in no time and taste everyone. But above all also meet these points:
- The preparation is done in a maximum of 30 minutes – promised! Mostly even faster. My recipes come on the table without frills, but with a lot of taste – so that you don’t have to stand in the kitchen for long. As soon as the ingredients are snipped or thrown together, the stove or oven take over for you.
- My recipes are suitable for everyday use. You are not only quick, but also very easy to implement. You get the ingredients in every supermarket and don’t need a special kitchen equipment.

- Use the right kitchen helpers. A sharp knife, a good grater and the right cookware can be worth gold.

- Combine ingredients. It is best to use ingredients that are quickly cooked. These include, for example, zucchini, peppers, eggs or chicken breast. But couscous or bulgur can also be cooked in 15 minutes and, like wraps and tortillas, form a great basis for delicious dishes.
- Fill up supplies regularly. With a well -stocked pantry, you are also spontaneously ready to cook. With basics, such as tomatoes from the can, pasta, rice, broth, coconut milk and Co., you are also prepared without purchasing.
