Ingredients for the decoration: 200 g powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, 12 pieces of marzipan carrots
For cream cheese frosting Need 200 g of cold whipped cream, 1 packet of cream stiff, 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and 100 g double cream fresh cheese.

Preparation step by step
- Peel and finely grate the carrots, either by hand or in the food processor. Preheat the oven (180 ° C). Tense the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper and lightly grease the edge.
- Mix the carrot rasps, hazelnuts, almonds, flour, baking powder and finely grated orange peel together and set aside.
- Separate the protein and egg yolk of the 6 eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then whip the egg yolks until frothy with the brown sugar.
