- 50 g carrot or carrots
- 40 g celery
- 10 g of raisins
- 2 g blackboard oil
- Zipli-Sol

And so it is done …
- Grate the cleaned vegetables and mix with the pre -soaked raisins.
- Mix in the oil and a few drops of Zückli-Sol.
