My favorite wild garlic bread with fresh wild garlic is prepared in 10 minutes and the rest is done by the oven.
Grease a box shape (25 or 30 cm) with butter. Chop the wild garlic.
Butter, 50 g of wild garlic
Put the water in a bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the remaining ingredients and mix a dough.
500 ml of water, 1 cube yeast, 500 g spelled flour, 100 g sesame, 20 g chopped hazelnuts, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of Balsamico Bianco
Pour the liquid dough into the box shape and place in the cold oven. Wild garlic bread 200 degrees top heat 60 minutes bake.
If the bread is still too soft, just take it out of the mold and put it briefly in the oven.

If you like the intense, spicy taste of wild garlic, you will love this wild garlic bread. It is crispy on the outside and juicy on the outside and fits perfectly with hearty spreads. You only need a few ingredients for the quick recipe:
- Flour
I use spelled flour 1050 or 630, but you can also use another flour. - Nuts and seeds
A total of 120 g nuts or seeds come into my bread. I used sesame and hazelnuts for the wild garlic bread. You can replace both as you wish. - Fresh wild garlic
Bear garlic gives my bread a wonderfully intense taste. I chopped 50 g of fresh wild garlic and mixed under the dough. - Balsamic vinegar
I refined the dough with aromatic balsamic balsamic bianco. That gives a great taste! But you can also replace it with apple cider vinegar.
